Steven John Moser is the founder and managing attorney of the Moser Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Moser exclusively represents employees in wage & hour and discrimination cases.
Mr. Moser has litigated and prevailed in numerous cases on both the state and federal levels, including collective and class action suits. He has successfully challenged big businesses, including Capitol One, TD Bank, Walmart and Garda CL Atlantic, Inc.
Decisions on his cases have been featured in the New York Law Journal on multiple occasions. Two of his most notable cases were Lico v. TD Bank, et al, 14-cv-4729(JFB)(AKT) and Scott v. Whole Foods, 18-cv-00086(SJF)(AKT). In Lico, he was the first attorney in the country to win a decision affirming a breast feeding mother’s private right of action under § 207(r) of the FLSA. Whole Foods, 18-cv-00086(SJF)(AKT), he won a landmark decision holding that an New York employer who does not pay wages to manual workers on time may have to pay double the amount of wages delayed under the New York Labor Law.
